Measurement control over each product is very important, as well as controlling fabric defects. For a consumer it’s also important to have a garment that can be washed without having to consider serious shrinkage.

Before cutting, fabric is tested for shrinkage and fabric defects. After cutting, the cutting panels are checked again for defects before they are transferred to the sewing workshop.

Workers operate according to international safety requirements and wear protective gloves. Hardware is regularly checked and tuned for safety and efficiency.

Woven fabric for blouses or dresses is cut in layers that do not exceed a maximum height to keep the same shape for the panels at the bottom layers and top layers. That means ready made goods that leave the woven garments factory are all made according to the same measurements.

Ready cut panels are sent to the garment factory for processing.
